July 2nd post: running for IPPT
I just did some running in preparation for my IPPT coming up next week. I think I am adapting better to the exercise. It is too since I really did any serious exercise. Even my swimming sessions have come to a standstill. I get tired easily.
I know: lack of exercise. These 4 years, I have been working too hard and without regard to my fitness and health. I go to work in the morning, dash off for classes and then come back and go online and sleep late. It is a vicious cycle. What is the purpose?
Oh well...looks like i have to start from afresh, a healthier lifestyle.
Er...then there is the matter of my fan fiction story...need to find a better job...completion of my degree (whether with UOL or some other university, I couldn't care)...learning about digital photography...how to cook...
These takes time...
Now I wish there are 48 hours in a day.
